Our popular Church School, caring for and educating around 310 children, is a very special place where everyone works towards our collective goal of “Learning Together for Life.” We are very proud of our six Christian values that everyone in our school community endeavours to adhere to. These are being caring, being honest, commitment to achieve, respect, co-operation and fairness. We feel these values help bond our caring, happy community.
We aim to ensure that all children who attend Market Rasen Church of England Primary School are guided, cared for and supported to reach their full potential socially, academically and emotionally. We do this in close partnership with our community, parents, governors and the Church,
OfSTED (November 2013) describe us as a good school with many outstanding features including Leadership and Behaviour and Safety. The Diocese reported (March 2012) “This is an outstanding church school whose life is well supported by Christian values and beliefs.” If you are a prospective parent please come and visit us in person; we’d love to show you around our fantastic school and introduce you to our pupils of whom we are very proud. In January 2013, Market Rasen Church of England Primary School entered into a Federation (The North Wolds Federation) with Nettleton Community Primary School to enhance the learning of children in both schools. This has proved to be very successful and beneficial for both children and staff at both sites.
