In addition to finding a tenant for your property, we can also handle ongoing rent collection on either a quarterly or monthly basis. We have a dedicated Accounts Team that will ensure that your rent is collected on time and you will receive regular statements from us detailing all income received.
Maintenance of Communal Areas
We can actively manage your investment and ensure that contracts are in place for the upkeep and maintenance of your property including building maintenance, landscaping, cleaning of communal areas, window cleaning etc.
Rent Reviews/Tenancy Renewals
We can negotiate with tenants on your behalf to ensure that you are achieving the maximum rent achievable and as tenancies reach expiry, we can negotiate a new tenancy agreement if the tenant wishes to remain in occupation.
As and when a tenant vacates your property, we can assess the property for you to establish whether the property has been left in the appropriate condition. If a property is not left in appropriate condition at the time it has been vacated, we can prepare a costed Schedule of Dilapidations and negotiate on your behalf to ensure that you are fully compensated for any neglect or damage caused to your property.
